Our surveying service ensures that the sign you want
is going to fit where you want it!
But there's much more to it than that, of course.
Depending on the style of sign you choose,
care needs to be taken
that not only can the sign be installed in the first place, but
also easily maintained. For example some signs utilise drop-in panels,
so placing these underneath an overhang might not be a good idea
unless special measures can be taken to, say, allow the panels to
slide in sideways.
Or an illuminated sign may look good in theory, but
the lack of a nearby power source may rule it out.
Or the surface you want the sign to be mounted on
may be reinforced concrete or hardened steel.
Of course such local difficulties can be overcome
but they may mean that simply putting the sign up might be so tricky
and time-consuming that putting it somewhere else or using a different
format would just be easier and cheaper.
During the survey we can discuss your requirements
on site and talk through any possible problems in advance, proposing
solutions or alternatives. We've installed thousands of signs in
thousands of locations so you can rely on our experience to guide
you into choosing the best combination of sign and location.
