TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE CUSTOMERS
By completing the purchasing process you're agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions shown below. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Formation of contract
All requests to order items from Baillie Estates Ltd will be provisional and non-binding unless or until a "Confirmation of Order" email has been sent to the e-mail address of the registered user. For the avoidance of doubt a contract between the parties shall not be established until this takes place.

Information Used
When you shop with Baillie Estates Ltd online we ask for information like your name, email address, delivery address and telephone number. We do not store any credit/debit card details. This information is necessary to enable us to process your order and liaise with you about your order.

Data Protection
Baillie Estates Ltd complies with all aspects of the Data Protection Act. When placing an order or requesting information from us, we do have to store the data you provide. Any data we hold will not be used for any mailings and will not be passed to any third party.

Your Rights

Payment
We accept most major credit/debit cards:  Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro.

Pricing
We do our best to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time you place your order.  If an error is found, we’ll inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order.  If we don’t receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically.  If you cancel, we’ll refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the goods.

Stock Availability
We try to ensure that we have sufficient stock but know that some items sell faster than expected and although we'll always try to get stock replenished its not always possible. We'll provide the most up to date information we have on availability and will do our absolute best to ensure you get the items you want. Just Plum accepts no liability arising from any inability to supply goods due to lack of stock other than returning any payments made to you.

Descriptions
We've attempted to ensure that the specification and description of all items is correct on the website and shows them off to the best of our ability. Sometimes they will be even better than you expected.
As soon as an order is received, Baillie Estates Ltd will send you an email confirming its receipt. This email should be received at the very latest within 24 hours. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact us using the methods outlined in the contact us section.

Cancellation
As a consumer you have the right to cancel your contract at any time during the period which starts on the day the contract comes into existence and ends on the expiry of seven working days, beginning on the day after the day of delivery of the items. If you want to cancel your contract you should notify us in the most appropriate way. In such circumstances we’ll happily accept any item or items making up the cancelled order provided that you have taken reasonable care of the items while they have been in your possession.  We’ll refund the cost of rejected items or cancelled orders (including the original dispatch charge) within 7 days of receiving the item(s) back.   Please note, however, that items are returned at your own cost and we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection. Custom printed products cannot re returned unless faulty

Can I return my order?
We're happy to exchange or refund any purchase that doesn't prove suitable. Please pack purchases carefully and return them to the above address, in their original condition, with labels intact, within 28 days of receipt. Custome printed items cannot be returned unless faulty

Limitation of Liability
The liability of Baillie Estates Ltd in contract (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance of this contract shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. Under no circumstances shall Baillie Estates Ltd be liable for any form of indirect or consequential loss, costs or expenses as a result of this agreement or contract.

When will I get my order?
The aim is to send out all orders within 2 working days, 3-5 working days for custom printed items. You'll receive notification that your order has been dispatched. Standard UK delivery takes between 2-3 days after dispatch. Orders to Eire and Europe will take between 3-5 days after dispatch. Orders to the rest of the world will take between 7-10 days after dispatch.

Returns
If you're not entirely satisfied you may return your selection to us in a saleable condition at any time within 7 days of purchase. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection. If the goods are being returned due to an error on our part, your postal costs will be refunded. Please allow up to one week once you've returned your parcel for any exchange to be processed or refund to be credited. Custom printed items cannot be returned unless faulty

Non-Refundable Items
If you wish to return an item or items paid for with a gift Voucher, we will only be able to issue you with another Gift Voucher to the value of the item(s) returned.
The following items are likely to be non-returnable and non-refundable:

Delivery
Subject to stock availability, we aim to despatch within 2 working of processing the order. 3-5 working days for custom printed items (Orders placed on a Sunday may take slightly longer).

When will I get my order?
The aim is to send out all orders within 2 working days of receiving them. 3-5 days for custom printed items. You will receive notification by email when your order has been dispatched.
Standard UK delivery takes between 1-2 days after dispatch.
Orders to Eire and Europe will take between 3-5 days after dispatch.
Orders to the rest of the world will take between 7-10 days after dispatch.

International Orders
Delivery charges to international addresses will vary according to destination. We can only accept payment by credit card for international orders. We don't have any control over local customs authorities and cannot be held responsible should they wish to confiscate any particular items, delay shipment or charge import duty.
